Knowledge industry enables governments to make evidence‑based policy decisions, deliver efficient public services, and engage citizens through transparent, knowledge‑driven governance systems. Good governments, especially in democracies, are knowledge‑based systems that go far deeper than university research. Unfortunately, many governmental decisions, bureaucratic policies, and rules are still based on ignorance or wrong assumptions, which is the basic reason for poor governance, corruption, and backwardness. The Knowledge industry redefines public governance as a knowledge‑intensive system for formulating strategies, policies, decisions, planning, and implementation, thereby increasing productivity and efficiency severalfold.With knowledge and industry, a proper integration between the Legislature, Executive and Judiciary could be made possible.
